Your membership provides you with a single-user license to access and use the resources included in this platform. This means the materials are licensed for your individual use only and are protected under the U.S. Copyright Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

What you may do:

• Use resources in your own classroom or professional setting
• Print or display materials for students you directly serve
• Incorporate materials into your instruction (in person or virtual)

What you may NOT do:

• Share, email, photocopy, or distribute resources to other teachers, staff, or administrators
• Upload files to shared drives, school-wide systems, or public platforms
• Share, lend, or allow others to use your membership login credentials

Access to this membership is intended for one educator per account. If additional teachers or staff members would like to use these resources, they must purchase their own membership. Multiple licenses can be purchased by contacting us.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or account access is a violation of copyright law and your membership agreement. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
