Your membership provides you with a single-user license to access and use the resources included in this platform. This means the materials are licensed for your individual use only and are protected under the U.S. Copyright Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

What you may do:

• Use resources in your own classroom or professional setting
• Print or display materials for students you directly serve
• Incorporate materials into your instruction (in person or virtual)

What you may NOT do:

• Share, email, photocopy, or distribute resources to other teachers, staff, or administrators
• Upload files to shared drives, school-wide systems, or public platforms
• Share, lend, or allow others to use your membership login credentials

Access to this membership is intended for one educator per account. If additional teachers or staff members would like to use these resources, they must purchase their own membership. Multiple licenses can be purchased by contacting us.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or account access is a violation of copyright law and your membership agreement. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.

We work hard to create high-quality, research-based resources, and your adherence to these terms ensures we can continue supporting educators like you. Thank you for your support in adhering to these terms.

Of course! Once you download our files, they’re yours to use with your students forever! Just make sure you save a copy so you don’t lose them.

You may cancel your membership at any time by navigating to Account > Subscriptions, and you will continue to receive access through the rest of your paid period. Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, but if you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us.
